I use mine all the time. I love this thing. Just one thing, I wish it would charge the new batteries. It is my base station from place to plce and I even put other battery chargers into the outlets. A power strip, light, light stand and circuit breaker all in one. Oh and I forgot battery charger too.
YOU MUST USE THEIR LAMP ASSEMBLY when relamping. Because the dewalt area light is designed to be ac or battery powered, they went with a 38 watt lamp. and this is the right one.Other than that - it's great that you can get it here on amazon.Enjoy by now you have probably seen the double d shaped lamp at the home improvement stores. Be careful - most of them are 50+ watts (55 is common).
